Metropolis Homes Co. protects all its newly constructed homes with one-year warranty. This measure is the assurance of quality homes built by Metropolis Homes Co. and warrants, to the Buyer for the first year that the home is free from defects in workmanship and materials.

The warranty covers all major systems including plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, physical damage to load bearing components, roof, all appliances, cabinet/drawer malfunctions, exhaust system, doors, windows, sliding glass doors, and lock adjustments, pool and/or screen if applicable, sprinkler system if applicable, weather-stripping and seals, insulation, all flooring and fireplace.
